Want to know where it is exactly? Click on the ‘Show on map’ icon and see where it is located. You can also see the distance between your current location and the city of your choice on the map.

You can also check out the weather forecast for the next three days and find out the average monthly temperature to decide when best to plan your trip there. We will also show you the distance between your current location and the city of your choice on the map.

Easy to use filters
On the right-hand side you will find an improved menu with easy to use filter options. These filters allow you to search for people connected to the location or see the best travel photos for example.

You can also add a Tip or ask a Question (or read what others have posted). It couldn’t be easier – simply choose the Tips or Questions options and go from there.

We hope you like the new layout just as much as we do, especially as it couldn’t have been created without your ongoing support and feedback.

Hi WAYNers!

Hope everyone is keeping well and looking forward to the holiday season.

Sorry it has been so long since our last update, but it’s because we’we’ve been busy working on something which we think is going to get all of you very excited.

Have you ever been at an event with your friends or family, and each of you is taking photos on different phones and cameras? How do you get all the photos taken together in one place, so that it can be shared privately with everyone at the event?

Well, we’ve been thinking about this problem a lot recently, and we decided to do something about. Say hello to !

Momendary is Shared Albums. Simplified.

International Tiger Day – Play your part!

July 29th, 2013

29th July – International Tiger Day

Over the last 100 years wild tiger numbers have dropped by 97%. International Tiger Day is an initiative tailored towards raising awareness of the issues affecting the habitat and lives of this wonderful species. The goal is to engineer a turnaround and make sure wild tigers are not wiped off the face of the Earth.

The WAYN Team pledges full support to International Tiger Day and would like to share a few mind blowing facts:

  • In 1913, there were approximately 100,000 wild tigers in reserves.
  • Today there are only an estimated 3200 tigers living in the wild!
  • Two of India’s tiger reserves no longer have any tigers.
  • 4 out of 9 species of tiger have already become extinct.

What would happen if we let tigers die out?

The extinction of the tiger species will have knock on effects – those within the tigers ecosystem will lose their main predator and continue to grow and grow. This will cause a rapid depletion in vegetation leading to a mass extinction amongst insects – thereby reducing the biodiversity of our planet.

Many businesses are wholly based around using the tiger species to attract tourists,  allowing for great economic returns. The extinction of the tiger will cause a collapse in many of these industries.

Extinction is permanent! Can you live with the guilt of wiping out the largest cat on this planet? How is this explainable to future generations?
